This is a battery replacement service for out-of-warranty JetForce packs, offering options for First Generation and Second Generation battery types. Note: First-generation batteries are not compatible with second-generation packs, and the reverse is also true.

Jetforce Pro/BT Battery Replacement Service - BD0681450000ALLS

This service is for second Generation packs (Black Diamond Jetforce Pro & PIEPS Jetforce BT) that are beyond their warranty period. Second Generation Packs include: Black Diamond Jetforce Pro 10L, 25L, 35L, Split 25L and the Pieps Jetforce BT 10L, 25L, 35L.

This service provides any needed firmware updates as well as a battery health check and replacement. If you have a second generation Jetforce that is experiencing shortened battery life, charging difficulties, or showing error lights not listed in the manual, a firmware and battery update are likely needed. After purchasing the service, you will receive a Return Authorization number (RA) via email. Please note that you will need to be issued an RA number BEFORE shipping your pack in for service. Please expect 3-4 weeks for the service.

Jetforce First Generation Battery Replacement Service - BD0681400000ALLS

Description: This service is for first Generation packs that are beyond their warranty period. First Generation Packs include: Black Diamond Halo 28, Saga 40, Pilot 11 and Flight 00; Pieps Tour Rider 24, Tour Pro 34 and Rider 10.
